Meet the Founder
I spent years in counter-terrorism and specialist policing. High-pressure environments where you either strip a problem to its core and build systems that work, or people get hurt. That shaped how I approach everything.
I left to coach athletes, opened a gym, and started helping other founders figure out why their businesses weren't growing despite being great at what they do. The diagnosis was almost always the same: the business had outgrown the founder, and nobody had the guts to tell them.
